1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup water or almond milk
1 medium banana, 3/4 mashed and 1/4 chopped
About 2 Tbs all natural peanut butter
1/2-1 Tbs liquid sweetener (maple syrup or agave nectar)
1. Combine all of the ingredients above into a mason jar and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. Serve in the morning!
