1 medium banana, mashed
1 cup rolled oats, half blended into flour
3/4 cup water or almond milk
4 Tbs peanut butter, other nut butter, or 4 Tbs PB2
2 Tbs raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbs maple syrup or a few drops of stevia
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Punch of salt
Add ins: (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake/stir well. Place in the refrigerator overnight and then in the morning, eat up! It’ll be like eating an oatmeal raisin cookie for breakfast…except better.
