1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 Tbs chia seeds
2 cups plus some almond milk
2 small bananas (1 mashed, 1 chopped)
1 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs walnuts, chopped
2 Tbs raisins
optional: 1-2 Tbs chocolate chips
1. Place the rolled oats, chia seeds, and almond milk into a pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to simmer and add the bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Cook until the oatmeal becomes thick, adding more almond milk if needed.
2. Remove from the heat and mix in the vanilla, walnuts and raisins. Serve with chocolate chips on top.
