1 large banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup frozen zucchini
Handful baby spinach
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
1 Tbs maple syrup or agave nectar to sweeten (if desired)
1 Tbs chocolate chips
1. Throw everything into your blender (I like to use my NutriBullet for this recipe) except for the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the chocolate chips and blend until smooth (you don’t want the chocolate chips to completed melt into the smoothie; you want it to look like mint chocolate chip ice cream). Top with extra chocolate chips and serve right away!
