1/4 cup rolled oats, half blended into flour
2 Tbs peanut butter, PB2, or other nut butter
1 cup water or almond milk
1 Tbs raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of sea salt
1 Tbs maple syrup or few drops of stevia
1/2 frozen banana
Add ins (optional):
1/3 cup frozen zucchini (extra creamy yumminess)
1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the banana, in a jar and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2. Place the oats mixture and the banana in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
