3 Tbs cashews
3 dates, pitted
1/2 large banana, frozen
2 Tbs lemon juice (1 large lemon, juiced)
1 cup almond milk
1. Place cashews and dates in your blender. Blend until roughly chopped and smooth. Add in the banana, lemon, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Slurp down with a fun straw and enjoy!
