A Supporter’s Story

Being a support for someone struggling with an eating disorder (or any other addiction for that matter) is a rewarding, yet a difficult journey. As the struggler, we often don’t think about how we affect the people around us. We forget that maybe we aren’t the only ones going through a very tough time.

My husband tells me everyday how happy he is to have been here during my recovery journey. But, I know it was hard and scary for him as well. Check out my husbands blog post for Project HEAL, here!
