This smoothie IS in my top five all time favorite smoothies. It is so creamy and cheesecakey(??) and delicious. I used to be skeptical of lemon, until now. I LOVE IT!
Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie

3 Tbs cashews
3 dates, pitted
1/2 large banana, frozen
2 Tbs lemon juice (1 large lemon, juiced)
1 cup almond milk
1. Place cashews and dates in your blender. Blend until roughly chopped and smooth. Add in the banana, lemon, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Slurp down with a fun straw and enjoy!
